Elizabeth, “Liz”, has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, working for major investment banks in London, New York and San Francisco. Prior to joining Avalan in 2017, she was part of the Wealth Management team at Santa Barbara Bank & Trust. Liz holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and earned the Certified Financial Planner designation after completing studies at the College of Financial Planning in Denver.

Liz has lived in Santa Barbara for 22 years and is very active in the community. She was a founding board member of NAWBO Santa Barbara and has been a volunteer with the Women’s Fund of Santa Barbara for the past four years.

Liz enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, playing tennis, and trying new recipes.
