Valeria Chepilev

Associate Portfolio Manager

Valeria Chepilev has a multidisciplinary background spanning asset management, technology, and early-stage startups across North America and Europe. She brings an analytical, fundamentals-driven approach to evaluating investment opportunities, informed by formal training in economics and hands-on experience working alongside founders and operating teams.

Valeria earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from McGill University and a Master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She has also passed the CFA Level II examination.

Throughout her career, Valeria has held roles at the intersection of financial analysis, product strategy, and growth initiatives, providing her with a practical perspective on capital allocation, risk assessment, and scalable business models. She is particularly drawn to investments where strong fundamentals are paired with thoughtful innovation and capable leadership.

Beyond her investment work, Valeria maintains an active creative practice in the visual arts in Santa Barbara. She runs a local art business, hosts multiple exhibitions throughout the city, and has taught hundreds of participants watercolor techniques through her interactive workshops.
